This Privacy Policy describes how the Misere Tic Tac Toe – Bluetooth mobile application (“Application”), developed by Team25 at ASU, lead by Kaustubh (“Service Provider”), handles user information. This Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use as is.

Information Collection and Use

The Application does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. All gameplay data (such as past matches and settings) is stored locally on your device and is deleted when the app is uninstalled.

Bluetooth and Location Permissions

The Application uses Bluetooth for peer-to-peer connectivity between nearby devices. On Android, enabling Bluetooth device discovery requires Location permission. This permission is used solely to allow Bluetooth connections and device discovery.

The Application does not collect, store, or share your location data in any form. No location information leaves your device.

Data Sharing

The Application does not share any data with third parties. It does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. No data is transmitted outside your device.

Children’s Privacy

This Application is suitable for all ages and does not collect personal information from any users, including children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided any personal information to the Service Provider, please contact support@costomato.com for immediate deletion.

Data Retention

All gameplay-related data (such as match results or settings) is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all such data.

Security

The Service Provider values your privacy and ensures that all information remains on your device. No external communication or data transmission occurs beyond Bluetooth-based game synchronization.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Updates will be reflected on this page with the new effective date. Continued use of the Application after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
